Cosmos-based chain, Dungeon, created by the Crypto Dungeon team, has ambitious plans beyond the Kosmic Quest game in Beta testing now.

We spoke with Crypto Dungeon’s team and were told new games will be fully released in 2025, making the Dungeon Chain an official Cosmos SDK gaming platform.
Kosmic Quest, Crypto Dungeon’s first game offering, is an RPG-style experience that stores metadata in NFTs that gamers can get on Stargaze. The NFT data changes based on saved game data, like any items a player obtains, cards in the deck, and total time played.
“Every battle it’s updated on the backend,” says Lee Berman, Crypto Dungeon Founder and CEO. “The player sees nothing.”
Another unique aspect to Kosmic Quest is the ability for user’s NFTs to move around the Cosmos, making Kosmic Quest an Interchain game. The Inter-Blockchain Communication Protocol is a standard that allows different blockchains to communicate and transfer data with each other securely and has acted as the “glue” connecting the Cosmos Ecosystem. Being able to gather unique cards or items across other IBC enabled chains is a first.
About the new games to be launched on Dungeon Chain Berman was cryptic. Saying “It’s a secret,” and “You’ll see tomorrow.”
A Dungeon X space is scheduled to go live Feb. 1 at 9 a.m. PST.
